Spa Etiquette
To maintain a serene and respectful environment for all guests, we request the following:
- Please keep mobile phones on silent and avoid loud conversations.
- To preserve the tranquillity of the spa, we discourage bringing young children or pets.
Reservations
To secure your preferred treatment and time slot, we recommend booking your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.
Walk-In Guests
We will gladly assist walk-in guests; however, immediate availability may be limited during busy hours. If a slot is not available, we will offer the earliest suitable alternative.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. Although our team attempts to remind guests 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you inform us of any expected delays at least 3 hours in advance.
Arriving late may reduce the duration of your treatment to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.
Delays on Our Part
In the rare event of an unexpected delay from our side, we will inform you promptly and reschedule your appointment at a time convenient for you. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit note for future use.
Cancellation Policy
Urbanity Spa follows a standard cancellation window of 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made within this window will not incur charges.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a cancellation fee.
Your support in following the policy helps us offer a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
Spa Attire
Guests may wear comfortable personal clothing or utilise the spa attire provided. Our therapists are trained to maintain the highest standards of privacy, ensuring appropriate draping throughout your session.
Health & Safety
For your well-being, please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or specific preferences before your treatment. This ensures we tailor your therapy safely and appropriately.
Valuables
While we take care to provide a safe environment, we advise guests not to bring valuable items to the spa. The management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
